I must admit I'm confused and can't decide how to read this.
If we have good news coming, then why would they pull trigger on the additional $1m now rather than next week at a better price? The terms of the agreement mention max price 4c... couldn't have waited? I clearly don't understand enough of the moving parts at the moment...
