However, if one expects the news to be good, you wouldn't mind having the 40,000,000 shares in hand at 2c to catch the initial positive response. Certainly seems like that - quite attractive to Patras, and for Brian, cash in hand to foot wages whilst waiting for something to come from the award would be rather handy..
