They already have LOI'S for 1.5 billion. Not binding I know but it is showing their intent.
Also if the cost is 2 billion aud and ASM do sell 20% then their cost to build would be 1.6 billion and they should have around 400 million in cash if the deal is similar to the Korean consortium deal.
The World has changed in the way they look at these projects.
It seems like Bechtel is the one doing all our work so not sure why you mentioned Hyundai.
