It seems as though that they are going with the North America not Korea.
We shall see about the LOI's. Canada must have known ASM has the letters from the U.S.
How do you know what they will pay. Surely it is up to ASM to dictate what price they are happy with. There has been one deal already which was based on NPV so why not again?
