You would think that once an offer has been received, TO would be letting all other interested parties know immediately.
I would imagine if there were even only 2 parties putting money forward it would take time to work out the best deal going back and forth.

Previous short term high close was 3.1c, which is were its looking to end today. Positioned well if any news were to drop.
