I wonder if they ever submitted their voluntary (read ministerially "suggested/encouraged") environmental impact assessment to the minister as was required to lift various notices they received back in 2019.
I have never seen this discussed in any of the annual reports. By memory someone mentioned a 3 month extension was granted to submit but nothing further was ever heard. Given it was the cause of various injunctions/notices being lifted , it was therefore material and should have been reported. Perhaps I overlooked it. Or maybe the printer was too close to the beach and the head was clogged with rust and corrosion and it didn't print that bit?
