My feeling is that DXB will get a US or China partnership before MSB gets FDA approval.
The profit from DXB should let me buy more into MSB which, hopefully, hasn't run off to the stratosphere by then.
I can buy 3x DXB for the price of 1 MSB so it's worth a gamble.
I might pick up a small parcel in MSB before FDA submission if the SP retraces enough.
As always, when making these plans, one is reminded of Napoleon's words when asked to promote a military officer
