A DCF model would probably yield a value of well over A$100M on Mineral Hill alone. That’s ignoring upside from extending the LOM and from processing ore for third parties. As you say, Misima can be fully discounted yet MH still provides compelling value. I’ve only become a holder in the last couple of weeks but have taken the opportunity provided by the CR to buy 1.4M shares and rising daily! People forward selling their CR allocations for a 10% margin provide value investors like me a one-time opportunity to build a position without having to pay any premium.
