It sounds like a JV to me. If it was simply to raise money and give away X shares it would be rights issue, cap raising or simply funding. Feeling very very confident that this will be the company maker for LRC.

Just my opinion and reading between the lines... time (hopefully soon) will tell. This is such a undervalued share given the JORC outcome expected and target resource. Gold is the popular kid on the block at the moment. Should be 15c if all plays out at current 1.1M Oz JORC.
