It's less the receipts and more the billings conrad.
Sure they have to be good debt collectors, but it's the recurring revenue they are billing that is key.
That said, they timed the webinar AFTER Q3 had closed (so they know their results) and before the 4C in an attempt to get the SP to a level they can provide their investors an exit before the underwhelming 4C.
It's not working for them anymore and I predict (hopefully wrong), this will be trading at 001 after the 4C
