As far as partners go STO has been a disaster for CVN. If the previous partners had stayed the course IMO Dorado would have been moving well ahead by now. The situation for the new management is exactly the same as the one facing the previous management. They have a proven world class asset but absolutely no control in it moving forward towards development. One would have to think at some point STO will have to move towards FID. At this point current management may well grab the money and run(30cent?) What a sad story when you think what would have happened to Dorado with a decent partner.
