There is a good chance that any shipments toward the end of the quarter may not be have been fully accounted in time to make the quarterly. As I understand it, part of the payment for each shipment is with held until after the product has been received and verified by the refinery in China.

Another thing I found interesting is that 2,000 tonnes of spod was delivered by rail to Tesla, (I assume in Texas).

That probably means Tesla are about ready to assess the quality of NAL spod in readiness for the commencement of refining when they are ready.
