I think @Load provided a graphic of the bank failures over history. 2008 was preceded 12 months earlier with a couple of bank failures and that led to a slew to follow 12 months later. Are we headed to a similar situation?
Very possible. I have been pointing out that there is a reduction in the amount of free money in the system. In addition, @kacy has provided recently the bond auction participants reducing their purchases - lack of money again? Rates going up - both bonds and the bank interest rates being charged. The USD had been pushing hard - lack of cash available?
What happens when there is a lack of cash / funds? Look to the information from 1929 - it is why I highlight this timeframe over and over. We are approaching a similar time. YouTube the Money Masters video and understand how the system works
