China has an entirely different culture. founded in Confucian philosophy instead of Aristotelian/christian ethic. to many other countries we Euro based countries are the arrogant enemy who want to dominate other countries.
finding common ground and working upward from there to build a working relationship as equals, as Albanese/Wong seems to have done, is far better and more productive as well as safer from conflict than making out they're an enemy.
