I was handed a challenge yesterday which I accept
we have been told about the progress we are making with ev1. a marquee brand ev company in europe.

in trying to work out who ev1 is, we were presented with this graphic from last year. seeing David has said we are working or did work with trinseo, basf, ashland and wyon, it's a good place to start.
so then we had this from a far east newsletter

and

then we had this in the quarterly

so the bits that caught my attention were the reference to costs. and that ev1 are only said to be testing AnteoX, which is a drop in, to existing production lines. nothing about our high silicon anode tech. but we get a mention of a giga factory wanting a higher silicon anode. and this interesting bit - it is expected that this will run in parallel with the ev projects. why mention running in parallel
what it bought to mind immediately, is the mercedes and ACC connection. mercedes is making batteries now, in which a drop in set up would be suitable but they are also involved in the ACC giga factories, where they are in the initial process of building 2 giant ones.

so what do ACC want?

reduce the price of ev's. Hmmmm !!!!!
probably all just a big coincidence. but if not how many ev's did mercedes build last year and how many do they plan to build? I'll let you readers do some homework, but these are the plans for ACC

we have the connection to stellantis thru our battery advisor Oliver gross. 2 million batteries by 2030. with David giving us a rough figure of $400 per battery. we get a fraction of that volume at a fraction of that price and we are a multi bagger.
(maybe it's not merc and ACC, but we are dealing with 2 marquee ev European companies, a battery giga factory and 2 consumer electronic companies suppliers. FACT)
so going back to ev1. the quarterly stated that ev1 will lock in their design freeze later this year. IMO what are the possible challenges for ev1 not including anteoX. we have already proved to them a US $500 - $600 saving by using anteoX. 40% improved performance. fast charging, lighter battery. etc
- ferro court case with our ip. management won and we hold all our ip TICK
- anteotech can produce AnteoX at scale
"with the completion of our Brisbane production facility which is expected to commence manufacturing of Anteo X in April 2024."
thats 4 days away and was released in an ann 4 days ago.
- can ev1 reach the 1000 cycle 80% retention in their testing. all we have been told is that results are going as, if not better than expected.
what we know. with our 70% silicon anode we have reached 650 -700 cycles. ev1's anode has around 20% silicon, so it doesn't require to much imagination to assume that 1000 should be achievable. ev1 must have been confident to be involved in the testing. but it does need to be reached. doing the maths of how long they have had the anode and around 6 cycles/day testing, IMO they must be close to it
but just as an exercise. we don't get a deal with any of the majors but we sell our 80k litres to smaller customers at $400/ litre. we sign a deal with serum institute for supply of anteobind for the life of a vaccine. we are valued at 2.3c now, what would our sp be using the above very reasonable assumptions and figures. most likely still a multi bagger from current sp level.
"BTW - My opinion only....never make a judgement based on anything I say!!!" Gltah DYOR IMO etc etc
challenge completed. I love the taste of bedwetters tears on the weekend.
