Falls have been on low volumes, which gives me some comfort. All it takes is for Orbis to lose an insto mandate and there is then plenty of VPG potentially up for sale. A lack of interest from other instos then sees the sp slowly fall. At some point, it will attract the attention of other REITs or vultures. Alternatively, Orbis may IMO seek out a strategic buyer to facilitate a takeover and a better sp. Anyway, just speculating.
I have a large position (for me) already. I intend to re-assess following the AGM, but expecting to further extend my position.
Good luck to all holders.
Cheers
