I wont be surprised if ILT make a sneaky acquisition soon. They have the cash and upon listing management mentioned they are looking at new buying opportunities to expand the project portfolio. As per the latest announcement they have exited two of their holdings (Rookwood and Southern gold) so they may be looking to add. Some land in the West Arunta will do just fine thanks.
