If we’re only going by the latest AR, he holds nearly 36 million shares. But what would his average buy price be?
It’s one thing to say it’s ideal for management to have skin in the game but being such a substantial holder and shot-caller, does it not run the risk of skewing decisions that’d be best for all shareholders and not simply one’s substantial holdings?
