At present interest rate levels, it's clear that inflation has decreased from its peak in 2022. However, it remains stubbornly resistant to significant adjustment, particularly in meeting the targeted rates set by central banking authorities like the RBA or the FED, which typically aim for a 2% benchmark. If they can't get it under control within the next quarter, another interest rate rise seems likely.
