yes l agree. Weaponising children is absolutely wrong. But I’ve seen men do it too. We shouldn’t fall into the trap of thinking that it is only women who do bad things in court. If I went on my experience or that if some friends I’d argue that it’s men who are crappy. (In my exes case his own lawyer commented to mine “why do I get all the arseholes?” ). They couldn’t get rid of him fast enough and the accountants chucked him out of their offices and threatened to call the police if he came back and the real estate agent doing a valuation called the police as well but I can assure you that to this day he thinks I’m the arsehole. Maybe I am but not a patch on him then and now - pfft he’d be hard pressed to find anyone who didn’t like me I assume you’ve had a bad experience the other way. I tell my son and daughter in law that they need to find a way to resolve differences or they will end up with unnecessary stress and misery

And I go on my experience with the family court system and in the grand scheme of things I had it very easy. Then again I am a cool calm and collected guy that went in with a good plan of what I could do. I got close to 50/50 care but I had to fight for it particularly when the more care i have the less the other party gets in child support family tax etc.
