Interesting. Yes the company is in a better position now than it was three years ago, the brand and marketing effort has some focus now (thanks mainly to Graziano I believe).

Charles is already pulling in $420K in cash salary - which is already 3 to 4 times for a full time China based CEO. No need for any other incentive - in fact the company should take back 2/3 of his salary for such a dismal performance over the last three years or so. Why does he deserve more than a compare able other CEO based in China? Oh for managing to decimate share price from 50 odd cents to now 12.5 cents!!!
