Hopefully the company can achieve some level of organic growth in revenue and profits. Something they have been struggling to do for a while now.
If they can do that and manage the dangerously low net cash position, then I am sure the share price can rise from where it is today.
But given how things have gone over the past few years, I would think this is high risk and not helped by the high interest rate environment.
