    I don't see why they don't as interest rate has not changed so far and i can see many REIT investor exit as they see potential interest rate increase speculated on AFR which I don't trust as they change their speculation every month until they get it right !!! biggrin.png

    New property investment in HPI gave further diversification to type of asset CQR has but I get the point about what dividend we get as that defines our yield on the cost of investment. I am down roughly 10% at the moment and i don't see reason to exit now unless personal or company situation changes ! If they reduce dividend then also hopefully it will something worth hanging on to for me as anything above 6% yield on my cost is acceptable to me.

    I will look this after I get the dividend !
