buckle in for the downdraft

one would have to expect some headwinds today with DOW off by such a large amount, and Cu and particularly gold off significantly (despite the oz dollar being off too). Going to shake the tree today I would think. It is hard to read how serious this foreclosure-related downturn in the US is going to be, but anything today with banks catching a cold is never good news for the rest of the mkt.
