There is numerous ways to get what you want without violating the constitution and yet you chose the worse way that would have horrid precedence for many generations to come. I question the political IQ of the entire East Slavs people, Ukrainians and Russians combined.

Ukraine is not a democracy. So there's no point in expecting Rada to follow basic democratic procedures.
