Are you for real or just stirring the forum?
Because you seem to be resistant common sense on this matter, which is to follow ASX guidelines when assessing Directors holdings, despite it having been explained to you again and again:

A) directors don't need to buy or sell shares only when it suits your own investment timing, if you missed out, blame it on your timing.
B) the Directors obviously can't buy, despite your belittling of the situation, and ASX rules do in fact prevent them from buying right now, due to obvious sensitive material - they are cutting deals left right and centre!
C) you have no idea why they can't wont buy and you are just carrying on about not knowing and trying to make a mockery of something that is logical. Why?

As i said, if you didn't invest at the right time (and it appears that when a director buys is the best time for you), then just deal with it.
Going on and on each week about something legitimate that you can't change and then repelling a logical explanation after others have taken time out to explain it for you is just makes your commentary look insincere or illogical.

Try and call them and ask when they will next invest if it matter that much to you and i wish you luck!!
And quite simply, Directors may already have enough shares and they may be happy with that figure and that is their prerogative.
Some people are not happy unless they make a profit on every share every time and the just want to place blame.
But, timing is everything in this game and this is why we hit a low last week and have been swamped with buyers like we haven't been for months! Think about the timing.
