1) You're looking the operating cost of an established nuclear plant which has run for decades - long enough to lower costs because it's reached ROI, and ignoring the fact that in Australia we haven't built a Nuclear plant yet.
2) You're looking at a 3.9GW plant which implies economies of scale which the US has and that Qld need is too distributed for. You think you're getting a 3.9GW Nuke plant up near Cairns? I don't know off the top of my head, but I'd be surprised if the coal station feeding Cairns is more than a couple of hundred MW.
