Pretty sure he wants to build something that's for sure. But unless he goes on Diggers stage and say "we are the next Glencore", that's purely conjecture. Nobody really knows his intentions for certain.
But maybe get the first ton of Copper sold first? Get back to $3 next year, then reassess? For now, fingers crossed copper keeps going up and this stays above $2.
Also "he's loaded" is relative. Very successful and well-deservedly so and compared to mere peasants like us, he is very loaded. But to Uncle Chris, Twiggy and Gina he is not loaded, but perhaps working to get there.
