Full take-up doubles SoI to only ~100m which can only help liquidity. It's very hard to get a decent parcel here. If we value the oppies at a conservative 0.005 (achievable exercise price and 3 year expiry) the discount to current SP is quite small.
With the new CEO and the other Chinese director underwriting this, it only confirms my belief that the Chinese (Huayou?) will TO this if there's anything worthwhile.
