What do you think now, after today's comprehensive announcement? I write this on way back from Tassie after doing the Gordon River cruise in a hybrid. Speaking with the skipper, they are limited to 750 HP for solo crew, and so a Sharrow by Veem prop will let them cruise at faster speed with less noise to the sensitive environment, plus spend more length of the river itself under electric power when they switch from diesel to electric. They also have to manoeuver carefully with reverse, so Sharrow by Veem is excellent for that. In 5 years time, I guarantee they will be using these props there.
