I think they going to be closer to $5 on 1% of the market, if Japan is selling for $70 and making a profit and covering all costs.
Even if sales are $680 ( which the company indicated they would be likely be above ) per month per patient, and you said US cost was double the JDM for manufacture / sales / transport etc... so only $500 profit per unit. ( or 134 million in costs for 338 million in sales)
That gives Aus market cap of 6.7 Billion ... or $4.20 per share with PE 20:1
