No chance of a cap raise as they just raised $700 million.
They have plenty of cash and credit lines in place.
They have spent $3.3 billion on land and buildings and have net assets of over $2,1 billion or over
80 cents a share.
They should just sell the Sydney Casino and leave NSW and concentrate on Qld and g pay a special dividend of 20 cents
a share.
Just announcing this as a plan would get the stock back to lasty year''s issued price of 60 cents.
