Haha good one, he couldn’t appear in person at the AGM because Frank took out an AVO on him which you already know and he didn’t want to wast the courts time contesting it and didn’t have to appear in court as his lawyer represented him.
It’s interesting for someone who you say is just a shareholder you not only know so much about Price’s AVOs you take an active interest in them!
