Yes, the nayayers will talk about all the dilution and CR raisings, but we had over $3M in debt with no money in the bank. It was the only way they could do it.As to the main negative nancy in here. Shame you never took my bet. Would have been nice to see the back of you, but I am sure you will still have a lot to say (or more like moan).
To the shareholders at large, I wish you all the best with whatever you decide to do. Tomorrow is a great day for us all. A company that would have been dissolved under VA has come back from the brink. Now it is time to build.
