I do think it's a fact the Russian conditions in the negotiations were onerous and punishing for Ukraine from what we do know and I'm having difficulty seeing how their conditions over security guarantees especially would ever be met. Maybe you can explain it to me ? Are you claiming the Bucha massacres a false flag ? If so, do you have anything to support such a claim or are you just parroting the Kremlin and ignoring various facts including eyewitness accounts which suggest it wasn't ? Alleged false flags in another conflict decades ago are irrelevant.
