Well I guess I will wait till December on the sidelines. It bothered me too much that a director would sell $250K of options, then to see the option conversion coming up.
If the director thought it was risky, then I will take the same attitude. If I saw a director buying $250K then I would have completely the opposite thoughts. It is worth keeping an eye on the company, but the company valuation, timeline to project and options did make it a risk for myself.
