I very much doubt there would be an acquisition of DOM by KCN.
I just can't see any strategic synergies in this as KCN have stated theire intentions to pursue projects that have already defined resources in ASIA available at significant discounts to their developed worth.
All DOM have in Asia are some pending exploration tenements.
So perhaps the ann will be about a JV with DOM to explore Laos, but I very much doubt there will be any corporate action regarding DOM.
If there is, then it would be a big change of strategy for KCN, and one I would not be happy with.
