Management still have a substantial holding so it’s in their best interest to keep the SP high.
Have you calculated how much RK has lost in equity value over the last few trading days….a lot more than he got paid out for his options. I genuinely think they didn’t expect the SP to tank as much as it did. I don’t really care about the competency of the board. It’s a business that almost runs itself. It’s an over reaction and I’ve taken the opportunity to buy at a great price. I’m not looking at bags here…a 10-20% increase is fine by me and certainly doable.
