So to get a better offer unhappy AA insiders turn to their media buddies to spruke their wants and try and corner BHP with media pressure.
Prematurely releasing market sensitive info. (how is this legal?) having a negative affect on the BHP share price, BHP were forced to come out and explain.
Some information in circulation sites that AA have not been doing well, they are also keen to offload some of their SA ties.
