I think that is a Gas industry specific way of saying Break Even.
”"Break-even commercial" in the context of gas producers refers to the point at which the cost of producing natural gas is equal to the revenue generated from selling that gas. In other words, it's the production level where the company neither makes a profit nor incurs a loss from its gas operations.
For gas producers, determining the break-even point involves considering various factors such as exploration and drilling costs, extraction and processing expenses, transportation costs, taxes, royalties, and market prices for natural gas. Achieving a break-even commercial status is important for gas producers to ensure their operations are financially viable and sustainable.”
