VMT is not "based" in China, they have manufacturing there. Design is done in Europe (italy) and they are very much an international corporation. Managing director and CFO are Chinese just as much as two other directors are Australians and two more are Italians, of whom one is executive. Should we say that VMT are based in Italy then?
Pointless discussion IMO.
