Agree, it could be that way. I just think that given the spirit this whole agmt has been negotiated, it leans towards the JC-SPV being given the keys first and if they're not in a position to take the whole production, then it can be sold into the spot mkt.
Anyway, splitting hairs and I'm not concerned which way it goes, because having the JC-SPV involved is hands down a winning deal.
