I like how in addition to the apparently devastating impact this will have on PACT the article makes pains to highlight that Manipur does not have a large enough stake to block the takeover. Also that the complaint to the takeover panel regarding misleading emails was apparently all for nothing since none of the shareholders who signed their PACT shares to RG wanted their shares back. Was this information really relevant? It sounds like much of this story was taken straight out of the mail and emails that has been sent to us in disguise as a news article
