yes new board with atleast one independent director (currently there's none!) who can make the board accountable and challenge board's activities and decisions!! if you can't meet your own set targets multiple times surely there's something not right! sick of the excuses and blaming other parties but the buck stops with management! surely they had a risk strategy in place, right?!
