So currently we have over $6M Australian dollars before the courts and trying to recover and they have identified a further 15M AUD they are still trying to prove that was taken forensically. If that could be recovered that would mean $21M AUD in the bank. Even just the $6M currently before the courts would be a good win for us. At least we now know what progress they have made in regards to this.
