CHM - apologies for the all-boldface last time. Hand-coded HTML.

The judgement isn't entirely clear as to what CHM get out of this. The statement that catches my eye is section 18:

"... the court concluded that (MMX's interest in Iron Jack) was not suffiently proximate ... to constitute the relevant benefit..."

which I take it to mean that CHM's claim against MMX is somewhat limited, they aren't going to get the kitchen sink.

All in my flawed and hasty opinion.
