Im thinking he wants to get out in front of everyone now as he's about to drop a capital raise or wanting to very soon.
Shareholders will be robbed of any kind of short squeeze/lift in share price once again. Its literally happened every time the shorts have increased almost like they've been told. They will then cover into the raise and away we go again.
either way if he does do another raise im out. The dilution is out of control and the only way to get out of the rut will be consolidation and more pain for shareholders.
watching closely.
