So I assume this is interpreted as awarded A$6.3M but need to pay US$1.5M for legal costs which is where the net $4M AUD came from in the quarterly.
On top of that there is 3 to 4M AUD for sale of assets.
Not the outcome we were hoping for but could be $7M AUD in the coffers to advance NS.
Do we know if the outstanding $US2M farm in for MLV covers both NS and LD? I get confused sometimes with the structure of the subsidiaries. If it is just for NS I thought from previous announcements we and completed our contribution for the farm in.
