so if they are entitled to the income MMX recieved from 24% of Jack Hills investment how does that work?


I see what your saying though MMX has spent alot of money developing and advancing Jack Hills

I wonder if that could then mean that CHM are entitled to 24% of the future income of Jack Hills less all the expenses and costs MMX have incureed to date?

sort of like a net royalty

but then CHM would have to fund 24% of future developments
