The haliburton discussion around scheduling is interesting.
They were engaged for an agreed period that was deemed sufficient to complete stim program.
a delay has occurred.
mutally agreed that because of delay the agreed program would not have been completed. Decision made inconjunction with EXR to not proceed given program would not have been completed. I don't have it on any authority, but can deduce that it was agreed pausing stim program at this point was beneficial to both.
It's likely enabled Haliburton to commence next job earlier and thus potentially creating a return window earlier.
Having thier equipment sit idle would cost them serious $. I'd imagine this was part of what the TH was about - the negotiation around the return time frame.
